Grof Legacy Training (Adria) is a professional, educational, and experiential training programme in human development, integrative practice, and transpersonal approaches.

The Programme may include intensive experiential processes, group work, somatic practices, reflective exercises, and immersive retreat modules designed for educational and developmental purposes.

It is not a medical service, psychotherapy service, or clinical treatment programme.

2. Informational and Educational Purpose Only

All content provided through the Programme, website, materials, or facilitators is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided within the Programme constitutes:

  • medical advice

  • psychological diagnosis

  • psychiatric treatment

  • psychotherapy (unless explicitly delivered in a regulated clinical context by licensed professionals)

  • legal or financial advice

Participants should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Participation in the Programme may involve deep personal, emotional, or psychological processes.

However:

  • No therapeutic, psychological, spiritual, or professional outcomes are guaranteed

  • Results depend on personal context, engagement, and integration capacity

Any transformation, insight, or development described in materials or by others is not predictive or guaranteed.

4. Experiential and Psychological Variability

You acknowledge that:

  • Experiential work may evoke strong emotional or psychological responses

  • Past experiences, trauma material, or unconscious content may surface

  • Responses are subjective and differ between individuals

  • Interpretation of experiences is personal and culturally influenced

The Programme does not control, direct, or guarantee individual responses to experiential processes.

5. Participant Responsibility and Self-Assessment

You are solely responsible for:

  • determining your suitability to participate

  • seeking medical or psychological clearance if needed

  • monitoring your own physical and emotional wellbeing

  • deciding whether to engage in any exercise or process

You may opt out of any exercise at any time.

6. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care

The Programme does not replace:

  • medical treatment

  • psychiatric care

  • psychotherapy

  • emergency mental health support

If you are experiencing acute psychological distress or medical issues, you should seek appropriate licensed care.

7. No Endorsement of External Services or Methods

Any references to external methods, facilitators, frameworks, or professionals (if applicable) do not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of suitability.

Participants are responsible for their own due diligence when engaging with any third-party services.

8. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation in the Programme complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

We do not provide guidance on legal status of any external substances, practices, or activities outside the Programme framework.

9. Risk Acknowledgement

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • experiential training may involve emotional discomfort or psychological activation

  • group-based immersive work carries interpersonal and emotional dynamics

  • participation is voluntary and at your own risk

You accept full responsibility for your participation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Grof Legacy Training (Adria), its directors, facilitators, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • direct or indirect loss

  • emotional or psychological distress

  • injury or perceived harm

  • loss of data, income, or opportunity

  • consequences arising from participation in the Programme

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for Programme participation (or €100 if no payment has been made).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grof Legacy Training (Adria), its directors, facilitators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • your participation in the Programme

  • your use or misuse of Programme materials or information

  • your breach of these terms or applicable law

  • your personal decisions made during or after participation

This indemnity survives termination of participation.

12. Confidentiality and Privacy

We prioritise confidentiality and discretion within all Programme environments.

However, absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

Participants agree to:

  • respect confidentiality of others

  • not disclose personal or sensitive information shared in group contexts

  • comply with Programme privacy practices

13. No Medical or Clinical Representation

The Programme does not:

  • diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions

  • provide clinical psychotherapy services

  • claim medical efficacy or cure of any condition

Any perceived benefits are incidental to educational and experiential learning processes.

14. Right to Modify Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time.

Continued participation or use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of any updates.
