1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Capitalised terms have defined meanings as set out below. These definitions apply equally in singular or plural form.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
“Programme” refers to the Grof Legacy Training (Adria), a multi-year professional training programme delivered over approximately three (3) years.
“Company” / “We” / “Us” / “Our” refers to the Grof Legacy Training (Adria) organising entity operating via www.groflegacytrainingadria.com.
“Participant” / “You” refers to any individual accepted into, enrolled in, or attending the Programme.
“Service” refers to the Programme, Website, training materials, events, online platforms, and any related offerings.
“Website” refers to www.groflegacytrainingadria.com.
“Content” includes all materials, including but not limited to text, video, audio, training manuals, exercises, recordings, and communications.
“Affiliate” refers to any entity controlling, controlled by, or under common control with the Company.
“Third-Party Services” refers to external platforms, tools, venues, or providers used in connection with the Programme.
“Feedback” refers to any suggestions, reflections, or inputs provided by Participants regarding the Programme.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in the Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not participate in or access the Programme.
Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older.
3. Nature of the Programme
The Grof Legacy Training (Adria) is a professional educational and experiential training programme in transpersonal, experiential, and integrative approaches to human development.
It is not a substitute for:
medical treatment
psychotherapy (unless explicitly stated otherwise in certified clinical contexts)
emergency psychological care
Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, psychological, and emotional wellbeing throughout the Programme.
4. Participant Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
You are responsible for your mental, emotional, and physical health
You will disclose any relevant health or psychological conditions where required
You will follow all safety protocols and facilitator instructions
You will not engage in disruptive, unsafe, or unethical conduct
The Company reserves the right to suspend or remove any Participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
5. No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees regarding:
personal, psychological, therapeutic, or spiritual outcomes
professional outcomes or certification recognition outside stated Programme scope
compatibility with external professional licensing bodies or institutions
Results vary between individuals and depend on personal integration and engagement.
6. Intellectual Property
All Programme Content is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written consent
record sessions unless explicitly authorised
use materials for commercial training or teaching purposes
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.
7. Feedback
Any Feedback provided becomes the property of the Company.
Where ownership transfer is not legally possible, you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such Feedback for Programme development and improvement.
8. Third-Party Services
The Programme may include third-party platforms, venues, facilitators, or tools.
We are not responsible for:
third-party content or services
disruptions or failures outside our control
losses arising from third-party use
Participants must comply with third-party terms where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the Participant for the Programme (or €100 if no payment has been made)
This includes but is not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or indirect damages arising from participation.
10. “As Is” Disclaimer
The Programme and all associated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
uninterrupted access
accuracy or completeness of content
fitness for a particular purpose
error-free operation
11. Privacy
Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected.
We encourage Participants to review it before engaging with the Programme.
12. Recording and Media
Sessions may be recorded for educational, supervision, or training purposes.
By participating, you consent to such recording unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing prior to participation.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to:
suspend access
terminate participation
refuse future enrolment
if a Participant breaches these Terms or compromises the safety or integrity of the Programme.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Programme is legally registered and operated.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution before any legal proceedings.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
