Training Readiness

Are able to approach their own experience with a degree of honesty, reflection, and discernment

Are open to feedback and to learning within a relational field, including moments that may feel challenging or unfamiliar.

Are primarily motivated by an inner orientation toward exploration and understanding, rather than external expectations or professional obligation.

Readiness for this training is shaped less by credentials, experience level, or professional background than by one's current relationship with inner work — and a genuine capacity to engage with a process that unfolds over time. This Training Is Suited if  You…

Are engaged in an ongoing process of inner work - whether through therapy, somatic practice, contemplative disciplines, or sustained personal exploration.

Have a level of emotional stability that allows them to remain engaged with everyday life while encountering moments of difficulty.

Are willing to participate in a longer-term, unfolding process, without fixed expectations of outcome.

This Training May Not Be Well Suited at This Time If You…

  • Are primarily seeking certification, credentials, or professional recognition, rather than a process of experiential and relational learning

  • Are drawn mainly to intense experiences without a corresponding commitment to integration and ongoing self-reflection

  • Are currently in a period of significant psychological destabilisation (this relates to timing rather than permanent unsuitability)

  • Are expecting rapid, predictable, or guaranteed outcomes from the process

  • Are working with significant trauma without the support of a therapist or mental health professional

  • Are looking to the training as a primary source of support during an acute psychological crisis

Please Note:

These are not judgements about a person's readiness for this work in a broader sense. They are honest reflections on what this particular training requires — and on the conditions that allow it to be of genuine value to those who enter it.

Readiness Does Not Mean…

  • Having professional training or credentials

  • Having had extraordinary or peak experiences

  • Having all of your own psychological material resolved

  • Being certain — uncertainty can be part of a thoughtful and appropriate decision process

Readiness often becomes clearer through the application and conversation process. If you feel uncertain, this can be a meaningful place to begin.

Begin With Orientation

The first step is not application, but reflection and orientation.

We invite prospective participants to review our FAQs, join one of our introductory webinars, or to contact us in case of any further questions.

Once ready we invite candidates to apply and to begin the application process by answering some self-reflective questions as part of the application process.

These are designed to help you understand the nature of the training, the level of commitment involved, and whether the process feels aligned for where you are currently in your life and development.

Your application will be carefully reviewed by our team, after which we will be in touch regarding the outcome of your submission.

Selected applicants may then be invited to a further interview process designed to assess alignment, readiness, and suitability for the training journey.
