Phase 1 - ORIENTATION
The journey begins with a six-day Introduction Module - a space to arrive, settle, and orient. You are welcome to bring your existing frameworks, open questions, and genuine curiosity.
This first phase invites you to settle into the training, orient yourself to the process and start deepening your capacity to remain present with uncertainty and with the natural unfolding of experience.
Phase 2 - ESSENTIALS
Level 1 consists of four six-day residential modules, supported by inter-module periods for reflection, study, mentoring, and practice.
Through this phase, you are deepening your engagement with structured experiential processes - developing understanding and capacity through direct experience, careful reflection, and the gradual assimilation of theoretical frameworks.
Phase 3 - APPRENTICESHIP
Participants begin to engage alongside facilitation teams in supported contexts.
This phase introduces the lived dimensions of facilitation, while continuing to develop relational sensitivity, ethical discernment, and the capacity to remain present within complex experiential fields.
Phase 4 - CERTIFICATION
Once you complete Level 1 and are accepted into Level 2, you engage in two further residential modules alongside continuous practice. This phase supports the refinement of your facilitation capacity and deepens your relational awareness.
You develop sensitivity to the quality of your own presence, attunement to its effect on others, and a more embodied understanding of the ethical dimensions of holding space.
Successful completion of all Level 2 requirements may lead to certification as a Grof® Breathwork facilitator — a recognition of the capacities developed throughout the training.
Phase 5 - FORMATION
After certification, your journey continues as you engage in professional facilitation, sustained professional development and the ongoing deepening of your own inner work.
You integrate your own experience of being held with the practice of holding space for others, deepening both your personal process and your capacity to support deep transformational work.
This phase reflects a lasting relationship with the lineage, the community, and your own evolving presence in this field.
Readiness for this training is shaped less by credentials, experience level, or professional background, and more by one’s current relationship to inner work — including the capacity for self-reflection, emotional responsibility, and engagement in a longer-term developmental process. The training is intended for individuals drawn toward sustained experiential inquiry, relational learning, and gradual personal and professional formation.
